What are your elixirs made of, and are they natural?

Our elixirs are formulated with high-quality, naturally sourced ingredients. They contain precious essential oils, carefully measured (less than 5 ml of essential oils in a 50 ml bottle, and less than 3 ml in a 30 ml format), offering a refined fragrance without excess.
Each essence is chosen for its purity and authenticity, ensuring home fragrances that are elegant, natural, and respectful of your well-being.

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

We prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1 to 2 business days).
Delivery within Europe takes approximately 3 to 4 business days, via our trusted partners Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
Shipping is free for orders over €80. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress with peace of mind.

Where and how are Oravera home fragrances made?

All our fragrances are handcrafted in France with the utmost care.
We produce our elixirs in small batches in our atelier located in southern France, staying true to the Mediterranean spirit of Maison Oravera.
Each ingredient is selected for its purity and excellence, and we strictly adhere to European quality and safety standards.
This local, artisanal production guarantees authentic, refined, and ethical creations worthy of our Maison’s philosophy.

Are your products tested on animals?

No — none of our products are tested on animals.
In line with both our ethical values and European regulations, we firmly reject all forms of animal cruelty.
You can enjoy our fragrances knowing that neither the finished product nor any of its ingredients have been tested on animals.
This commitment is at the heart of our responsible approach.

Are Oravera home fragrances safe around children, pregnant women, or pets?

Our home fragrances contain essential oils in carefully controlled quantities, minimizing risks.
However, as a precaution, we recommend avoiding direct diffusion in the presence of young children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or pets (especially cats, who are more sensitive to essential oils).
We advise diffusing the scent in their absence, then airing the room for a few minutes before re-entry.
This way, you can enjoy our fragrances safely while caring for the well-being of your loved ones.

Do you offer personalized gift boxes?

Yes, we do.
We offer elegant gift boxes that can be personalized upon request.

What is the shelf life of your home fragrances?

This ensures that your fragrances maintain their refinement and intensity for as long as possible.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Of course.
If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product.
We accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original condition for an exchange or refund — whichever you prefer.
